A message in a chat gets lost under a hundred others. An invitation page keeps the date, the time, the address and the plan in one place that guests can open again on the day. Write the name of the event, a few warm words and add a cover picture if you like.
Add the place with a link to any map, the programme from welcome to cake, and what guests should know: dress code, gifts, parking or what to bring. Times are written in the event's time zone, so guests from other cities see where they apply.
Guests save the event to Google Calendar or any calendar app in one tap and answer I'll come, Maybe or Can't make it, with how many people they bring and a note. Their replies appear under the invitation in your list.
Fill in the details, then sign in to get the link.
Write the event name and the invitation text, and add a cover picture.
Set the start, an end if you like, and the time zone. Add the place, its address and a map link, then the programme and notes.
Choose whether guests reply, who may reply and whether they can bring someone. Sign in, create the link and send it.
The invitation, the plan and the replies together.
Any gathering that needs a date, a place and a headcount.
A birthday party at a café, with the map link and a programme from welcome to cake.
A child's party, where parents reply and say how many siblings come along.
A team picnic with the meeting point and a list of what to bring.
A wedding afterparty for friends, with the dress code and the taxi number.
A board game night at home, with the door code in the notes.
A reunion of classmates, collecting replies before booking a table.
Each guest replies once and can change their answer later from the same device or account; a new answer replaces the old one. The host sees all replies with names, the answer, the number of people they bring and the note, and the total of people coming.
Replies are stored on the server, not in the page, so guests do not see each other's answers. With signed-in replies only, each answer belongs to a Roliq account; otherwise guests are recognised by a random code in their browser.
You need an account to create an invitation, so you can edit or delete it later. Your invitation stays in this browser while you sign in.
Pictures can be JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB, and links must start with https. Roliq does not send reminders; guests can add the event to their own calendar.
Invitation pages are not shown in search results. Anyone with the link can open the page, so share a door code or a phone number only if that suits you.
