The service

Roliq offers free tools for groups: random pickers, draws, timers, games and shared rooms. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. There is no paid plan and no guaranteed availability.

Not for regulated draws or betting

The randomness is sound, but Roliq is not a certified lottery, gambling or betting system and keeps no audit trail a regulator would accept. Do not use it where the law or a prize rule requires a certified draw, and do not use it to place or settle bets.

Your account

You need an account only to create shared rooms. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in the rooms you own.

What you put in

What you type stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to the people you share a room with, only to run the service.

Only add the names and email addresses of people who expect to take part, and keep sensitive information out of lists, titles and room names: health, money, passwords or anything secret.

Fair use

Do not use Roliq to break the law, harass people, send spam, share content you have no right to share or collect other people's data. Do not try to get around access settings, rate limits or security, overload the service or copy it automatically.

We may remove content and close rooms or accounts that break these rules.

Links and rooms

Anyone who has a room link can open it, within the access settings its owner chose. Share links only with the people they are meant for. The owner can remove participants and close or delete the room at any time.

Responsibility

The tools are provided as they are, without warranties. As far as the law allows, roliq is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made with the tools, such as who won a prize or who sits where. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to roliq.
