Bored? Spin the what-to-do wheel

Twelve ideas for a slow afternoon; add your own.

12

Boredom is rarely a lack of ideas; it is too many small ones and no reason to pick any. The wheel gives you that reason: one spin, one thing to do now, and no more scrolling while you decide.

The twelve ideas are deliberately small, things you can start in five minutes at home or round the corner. Swap them for your own: the hobby you keep postponing, the film list, the chores you secretly enjoy.

Keep the wheel fresh

When an idea wins and you have done it, press Remove from the wheel in the pop-up; it stays off until you restore the list, so the next spin always brings something new.

Give the ideas you want to do more often a higher weight, and save different lists for a rainy Sunday, a long evening or a day with the children.

A wheel for the whole household

Bored together is easier to fix: let each person write one idea on the wheel, then spin. In a shared room everyone can add their suggestion from their own phone and watch the result land.

Questions about the what-to-do wheel

Can I change the ideas?

Yes. Edit the list, one idea per line; the wheel redraws as you type and remembers your list in this browser.

How do I avoid getting the same idea again?

Remove it after it wins with the button in the result pop-up; restore the whole list when you want to start over.

Can children use it?

Yes. Make a list of activities you are happy with, and let them spin; there is no sign-up and nothing to install.
